We're currently aware of an issue causing a small percentage of transactions to not be processed successfully. We're investigating the root cause and working to resolve affected transactions.

A fix has been implemented and appears to have resumed all processing. We are investigating and will confirm full operation. Meanwhile any unprocessed transactions are being re-processed

All unprocessed transactions completed. An hour of monitoring showed normal operating metrics. Numerous spot checks and tests show healthy processing. This incident is being closed as resolved. Full RCA to be available on-demand within a couple day.

We detected a degradation in ingesting files inbound to the Orderful platform via FTP. The issue was resolved immediately and backlogged files are currently processing. It appears the monitors never triggered an incident alert, we are investigating why this is and reconstructing a timeline. More details to come.
