    An issue has been identified where player events are delayed and will not show up on reports or the player events list. We are working on fixing this and will provide more updates in 30 minutes.

    The root issue has been solved. Event ingestion queue down 50% and we expect it to be cleared within the hour. Next update will be when our ingestion is caught up to realtime.

    We identified that player offline notifications messages were being held on our delivery queue for longer than expected. The incident started on April 24rd at 1AM UTC and the fix went live on April 24th at 3PM UTC. At the time the fix went live all valid offline notifications were sent, which may have caused a spike in emails received. We apologize for the issue and we'll keep monitoring it to make sure notifications don't get delayed again.

    Starting 2025-11-26 at 7PM UTC, some newly uploaded video files were not available to be downloaded by players. This resulted in an increased number of download errors in the player status page as well as the players failing to synchronize their content. Around 2% of players were affected. The issue has been solved and the players are now synchronized.
