We identified that player offline notifications messages were being held on our delivery queue for longer than expected. The incident started on April 24rd at 1AM UTC and the fix went live on April 24th at 3PM UTC. At the time the fix went live all valid offline notifications were sent, which may have caused a spike in emails received. We apologize for the issue and we'll keep monitoring it to make sure notifications don't get delayed again.
