Jan 4, 10:58 GMT Investigating - Our teams are investigating an issue impacting SMS and MMS sending. Currently Automation campaigns utilising SMS and / or MMS messaging are failing to send. No other channels like Email or Push are impacted and operate normal.

All other areas are functioning as expected and no data is lost. Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All broadcast campaigns are sending correctly again and those impacted have now been sent. Emails from Automation campaigns are sending correctly and Engineers are currently working to see if emails originating from Automation campaigns can be sent. We are working to minimise any impact but apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
