    We are currently investigating issues with some parts of the platform not loading. Scheduled sends are unaffected. We have identified the cause and are working on a fix.

    We are continuing to monitor the fixes which were applied and aware of a few isolated reports of latency within the platform which are being reviewed. We have also been made aware that during the incident, Automation sends were held and later released. Apologies for the incorrect information shared previously.
