Thank you for your patience as we resolved this issue. Nov 7, 11:28 GMT Monitoring - Hello, Ometria has deployed a fix and we are currently monitoring results. Welcome campaigns are processing as normal, while the backlog gets processed as well. We will provide further updates as progress is made. Nov 7, 10:46 GMT Investigating - Hello, Ometria has identified a potential issue causing data ingestion delays, which can result in delayed sending of welcome messages.
