This specific scenario seems to occur when you have answered the question 'Was uw cliënt in 2024 in Nederland verzekerd voor de AOW en de Anw?' with 'Ja' in the 'Bijzondere situaties' and answered 'Was uw cliënt in 2024 in Nederland verzekerd voor de Wlz en de Zorgverzekeringswet?' with 'Nee'.
