Our team has identified a service outage from one of our service providers, Cloud Flare, affecting Nuvei card-not-present solutions, including Online Checkout, Hosted Payments Page and Payment Links. Merchants may experience timeouts and connectivity issues when processing payments. A fix has been implemented to resolve the issue. We’ll provide updates as they become available.
