    Today, from 11:14 to 11:21, our monitoring systems detected an unexpected surge in TCP connections, resulting in new users experiencing difficulties connecting to the server during that period. In order to minimize the impact on our service, we promptly disabled that specific server and swiftly migrated all affected customers to another cluster. The issue has been successfully resolved as of 11:26 Our dedicated team is actively investigating the root cause of this problem to prevent any future occurrences.
