Some calls made via the desktop app (Win/MacOS) were experiencing audio quality issues; In some cases, the audio of one party would drop unexpectedly. Upon investigation on the 25th, it was decided to move the audio processing to a new system with more resources. That had an improvement, but it did not thoroughly address the issue. On the 28th at 12:00 pm IST (noon), the media traffic was balanced across multiple processing systems and solved the issue. We continue to monitor the systems closely.
