    As part of a maintenance activity, Helpdesk was inadvertently disabled for a subset of societies. Helpdesk is now available for all societies as before. If Helpdesk is still not visible, please close the MyGate app completely and reopen it. We're are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    12:00 AM - 2:00 AM : Core system database required downtime. ERP and Ticketing systems were undergoing maintenance during this window. 1:03 AM - 1:41 AM : Guard app was operating in offline mode. 1:41 AM : Guard app was fully restored. 2:00 AM : All services resumed normal operation.
