  1. investigating Jun 27, 2025, 01:07 PM UTC

We are experiencing access issues to parts of our SaaS cloud. The SSL certificate provided by our vendor appears to be causing problems. We are actively working on a solution. Some connections to the cloud may fail intermittently.

  2. monitoring Jun 27, 2025, 01:21 PM UTC

Problem identified: The old SSL certificate was accidentally expired. We have generated and applied a new one. Depending on your cache situation, there may still be occasional outages, but these should be resolved soon as the new certificate propagates across all certificate authorities on the internet.

  1. investigating Apr 09, 2025, 10:16 AM UTC

We’re currently experiencing performance issues with the Document Storage. Some customers report that documents are not loading consistently. We’re working with our data center to resolve the issue.

  2. investigating Apr 09, 2025, 01:32 PM UTC

Our data center is still investigating the performance issue. Document previews in ELO may require a second attempt to load, and saving documents may occasionally fail on the first try. If you encounter an error, please retry. We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.

  3. identified Apr 10, 2025, 08:29 AM UTC

We've identified the root cause: increased CPU load on the document storage. Our data center is working on a fix with high priority. Document previews and document saving in ELO may still fail on the first attempt. If that happens, please try again. We will keep you updated.

  4. resolved Apr 15, 2025, 06:17 AM UTC

The issue has been resolved by our data center provider. The performance problems were fixed by updating the underlying storage software. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
