Dear movingimage Users, We are currently experiencing an incident affecting the images and storyboards associated with videos. What you may notice: - Thumbnails and poster images intermittently failing to load or display - Storyboards (preview images on the player timeline) missing or incomplete Video upload, processing and playback are otherwise unaffected. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. The affected services are listed below this email and on our status page.
