DoT and DoH resolution will take longer to recover. A limited amount of voice customers in the Casper area will be be unable to make or receive calls during this window, including 911. Additionally, customer hosted websites and [mail.mwtn.net](http://mail.mwtn.net) will be inaccessible during periods in this window.
