We have identified damage to a fiber feed near downtown Casper that is impacting services. Outside plant teams are onsite and engaging resources to restore services. Estimated time of restoration will be provided as work progresses.
Network impacts through out the network are being monitored for service restoration with remediations by our network team. Fiber customers in downtown Casper are still impacted by this fiber damage as well as Torrington service locations. ETR for Torrington service locations are at or before 11AM Mountain Time ETR for customers in downtown Casper is at or before 5PM Mountain Time Estimate time of restoration will be updated as work continues to resolve this incident.
Work continues to resolve services, impact has changed as our outside plants team continues to repair damages.

As of 10:59 MST, CRAC Unit 1 has gone offline due to a high head pressure alarm affecting both compressors. CRAC Unit 2 has assumed the cooling load; however, customers may experience slightly elevated intake temperatures during this time. Our mechanical contractors are on-site reviewing the issue. We're currently investigating a fault condition on our emergency power generator at our Casper facility. Teams are engaged and will update shortly. This is an at-risk notification only, and no services are impacted at this time.

We are currently investigating impacts from our maintenance last night that has fallen outside of allotted time frame. Transport traffic between Casper and Cheyenne in addition to internet services are experiencing degraded performance as we troubleshoot the problem. .

Our Casper Data Center has been transitioned to emergency power as utility service has lost a phase repeatably over the last 3 minutes. This will continue until the service is monitored with no impacts over a 30 minute window. Power services are at risk, but not impacted..
Phase B and C from our utility service provider has been lost, Rocky Mountain Power has been dispatched with a ETR of 1 hour. Services are currently stable on emergency power but at risk. Updates will be provided as RMP investigates..
