Status: Identified Since approximately 3:00 PM Colombia time (20:00 UTC), withdrawals in Colombian pesos (COP) are not completing and are showing as pending. We've identified the cause as an issue with one of our local partners and are working with them to restore service. Affected components South America (Partial outage)

Status: Monitoring New COP withdrawals to Bre-B keys are now being processed normally. Withdrawals made between approximately 1:45 PM and 3:40 PM Colombia time (18:45 to 20:40 UTC) are still pending and are being worked through now. We're monitoring closely and will post another update once all pending withdrawals have been completed. Affected components South America (Partial outage)
