Handelsbanken has degraded performance, and we are seeing elevated error calls. Applicants might experience issues trying to connect to the bank in the application flow. Specifically, they will experience issues with Bank ID, which does not allow them to start the authentication process for Handelsbanken. We recommend that applicants with accounts in the bank try going through the application later, should they experience issues. We will advise them to do so via a banner in the flow.
