  1. investigating Oct 01, 2026, 08:43 PM UTC

We are seeing an increased number of charge sessions failing or getting stuck in a 'Preparing' state on Zaptec chargers. This appears to be isolated to Zaptec hardware and aligns with an ongoing issue on Zaptec's end. If you are affected, you may be able to start your charge using the native Zaptec app as a workaround while we continue to monitor the situation.
