We are seeing intermittent issues where preview builds and redeploys are not being triggered automatically. This has been traced to an ongoing GitHub webhooks degradation that is affecting a subset of webhook deliveries. While this issue persists, some documentation changes from commits or pull requests may not deploy automatically. We have received multiple reports of content changes not propogating with updates and pull requests not being picked up for preview site generations and are investigating the cause.

We investigated the reports and determined there was no underlying system issue. The affected cases were isolated and are being resolved. Preview generations and deployment updates are operating normally.

We've experience a large spike in traffic to update documentation sites and are seeing deployment updates taking longer than usual. We’re actively increasing workflow capacity and clearing the backlog to restore normal processing times.

We’re currently experiencing delays in documentation updates and site redeployments. Some changes may take longer than usual to go live. This is due to a backlog in our deployment workflow queue caused by a spike in redeployments. We’re actively increasing workflow capacity and clearing the backlog to restore normal processing times.

We are investigating reports of specific search indexes being partially degraded. We are identifying the root cause and formulating a solution to repair all broken indexes. Any customers that feel that they are affected should run a manual update which will repair their index automatically.

We have identified the root cause of fragmented indexes as a step in our ingestion pipeline when embing documents. A fix has been rolled out over night and we have not noticed any further ingestion failures. We identified and fixed 50 deployment's indexes and are doing a final scan to ensure all indexes are healthy.
