If you're having issues, please check that your certificate store is up to date. Normally this is done as part of your operating system's patches.     We are currently investigating an issue where we might send you an invalid MDN (electronic receipt) after you send an AS2 message to us. We are receiving and processing the AS2 message.

    We've identified the cause of the issue and have made a change to correct the MDNs. We're verifying the fix at the moment.

    Some AS2 messages are currently experiencing delays. This is related to today's scheduled certificate change, as previously communicated. This change requires certain trading partners to update their settings. We are actively contacting those affected to help them complete the necessary updates.
