By 9:20 a.m., Bell’s Internet service had gone completely offline, disrupting connectivity for a significant number of users. At 9:23 a.m., mobile cellular and data services were also impacted, with many users reporting "SOS" or no service on their devices. Impact on Melo Technology Services: While our core infrastructure remained unaffected, some customers experienced difficulty accessing our services due to reliance on Bell gateway connections. We actively monitored the situation throughout the incident and confirmed full service availability from our end during the Bell outage window. Resolution: Normal service appears to have resumed. The situation is now considered resolved, and this ticket is being closed. We will continue to monitor for any residual issues and will advise if Bell provides an official explanation.
