We experienced a GitHub webhook ingestion issue today (2026-08-07) from approximately 11:30AM to 12:30PM (PDT). During this time all GitHub webhook events (pushes, comments, and PR updates) were not processed — meaning for Webhooks API, Check Run Agents, Approvability, and Code Review (both automatic reviews and manual triggers using @macroscope-app review), did not run for any pull requests during this window. The issue is now resolved. To rerun missed code reviews, you can comment "@macroscope-app review" on any PR to re-trigger checks. We're very sorry about the inconvenience, and will implement better systems to make sure this doesn't happen again.
