    We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting our Cable Internet service in the North end of town.

    We have found the issue to be a fiber cable damaged by a rodent. We are working on repairing the damaged fiber cable and hope to have service restored within the next hour or two.

    We have been able to temporarily repair the chewed fiber and service has been fully restored. We will be replacing the damaged cable tomorrow morning during our maintenance window between 8 AM and 12 PM.

    We have been able to identify the issue and quarantine off the segment of the network that is causing service impacts. Unfortunately, a handful of our fixed wireless customers are still without service until we can further isolate the source of the issue.     All of our fiber and cable customers in Stone Canyon are currently experiencing an outage. We are working diligently to get all services up and running. Thank you for your patience.

    Stone Canyon service interruption update: It was determined that an oversized semi-trailer truck carrying a tall piece of equipment struck our line last night at 7:55 with enough force to cause it to swing up and get twisted around the power lines. Subsequently, after Longmont Power was dispatched to restore power, they were forced to cut our lines down in order to untangle them from their power lines. We have contacted a contractor to assist us with replacing our lines and getting service restored. While we hope to have service restored before the end of the day, we cannot yet give a definite ETA when service will be restored. We will continue to post updates as we know more.

    As you all know, a wildland fire broke out today on Eagle Ridge Rd. Luckily, services have remained operational throughout the incident. It's hard to predict what tomorrow will bring. We will be suspending the majority of our operations. Our ability to respond to emails and phone calls will also be limited. Power has been turned off in the fire areas which may affect some of our fixed wireless customers. Our hearts go out to anyone affected by the fire. We pray for calm weather tomorrow and for the safety of our dedicated first responders.
