We have been able to identify the issue and quarantine off the segment of the network that is causing service impacts. Unfortunately, a handful of our fixed wireless customers are still without service until we can further isolate the source of the issue. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to work through the remainder of the issues and fully restore all services.
