    We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting our Cable Internet service in the North end of town.

    We have found the issue to be a fiber cable damaged by a rodent. We are working on repairing the damaged fiber cable and hope to have service restored within the next hour or two.

    We have been able to identify the issue and quarantine off the segment of the network that is causing service impacts. Unfortunately, a handful of our fixed wireless customers are still without service until we can further isolate the source of the issue.
