    Please note that April 6 is a public holiday in South Africa, during which banks do not process any payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno sent to banks won’t be processed until April 7th. The delay only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual in accordance with our service level agreements.
