Update timeline

  1. identified Sep 28, 2026, 04:14 PM UTC

We have identified an issue affecting sends for USDT on the Ethereum (ETH) network. Some customers may experience longer than usual processing times when attempting to send USDT cryptocurrency. Our team is working on this as a priority and we will provide an update as soon as the issue is resolved.

  2. identified Sep 28, 2026, 04:49 PM UTC

We have identified that this issue extends beyond USDT and is affecting withdrawals for all ETH-based coins. Customers may experience longer than usual processing times when attempting to withdraw ETH and any ERC-20 tokens. Our team continues to work on resolving this as a priority.

  3. monitoring Sep 28, 2026, 08:19 PM UTC

A fix has been implemented and previously stuck sends have now been successfully processed. We will continue monitoring the system. Please note that some transactions may still experience slight delays depending on current Ethereum network gas fees and congestion.

  4. resolved Sep 29, 2026, 07:42 AM UTC

The incident is now fully resolved and all sends are processing normally. Previously stuck transactions have been successfully cleared, and we will continue to monitor the system closely. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
