Between 13:25 UTC and 17:48 UTC on May 6th, 2025, a credentials rotation for our Microsoft integration temporarily disrupted provisioning and deprovisioning via Microsoft IDP. During this time, changes to group memberships may not have been applied as expected. Affected tasks generated error messages visible in the Activity Log, which may have instructed users to contact Support. The issue has been fully resolved, and any impacted tasks would be flagged in the task center.
