The eid collection issue and admin-side data load issues are both resolved and the system is fully operational. We will address updating records that were affected by this issue as soon as possible.

We are investigating an issue around viewer ids passed in via the eid field. These eid values are being captured, but are not being saved in the correct location. We are currently working on 1) a fix to the eid capture issue, and 2) an update to correct any records that were affected by this problem.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being released. Additionally, records that have been affected since this issue was introduced will be updated to restore the missing eid values.
