As a result, some real-time data (like session activity or analytics events) may be delayed by up to 6 hours. We have identified an issue that is cause any new visitor data from being added to the account. We are working to resolve this issue and will make sure to provide updates as soon as it is resolved. You will not seeing any new visitor data come into recordings, heatmaps, funnels, etc. until this is resolved.

Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools Affected

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the situation. At this time, most all data should now be accessible and there may be a few hour window around 4 to 7 am CST that we are still working on updating. All other recordings, including new recordings should play as expected.
