We are aware of an issue affecting customers attempting to verify bank accounts with micro deposits through the Lob dashboard or API. We are investigating and working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

We have implemented a mitigation that restores bank account verification for sending Checks. New bank account verification should now work as expected. If you created a bank account within the last 7 days and are still unable to complete verification, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or visit https://help.lob.com/resources/getting-support for additional contact options. We will be providing an update in the coming week about longer-term changes to bank account verification, before they take effect. We apologize for any disruption this caused.
