Update timeline

  1. investigating May 22, 2024, 03:38 PM UTC

We are currently investigating the issue across all regions that leads to inability to use Learn365. Based on initial information, some of those customers who are affected have "Assignment required?" option enabled for LMS365 app in Enterprise application list in Azure Portal. As a workaround, you can temporarily disable this option (Azure Portal > Enterprise Applications > LMS365 > Manage > Properties > "Assignment required?") Please contact Zensai Support team if you need more details about the proposed workaround. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be back with updates as soon as possible.

  2. monitoring May 22, 2024, 03:57 PM UTC

The issue has been identified and fixed. We are monitoring the results. If you still observe issues with admin center and course catalog pages, please contact us.

  3. resolved May 22, 2024, 04:14 PM UTC

We are pleased to report that the issue with Learn365 availability has been resolved, as confirmed by several customers. Additionally, we would like to clarify that not all Azure regions were affected by this incident, despite being mentioned in the incident report. Only users located in Europe were impacted, as they couldn't open Learn365 pages regardless of the region where their database instance is provisioned. Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
