We have received reports suggesting we experience issues with accepting some emails. We are investigating the issue.

The root cause of this has been isolated to a change by one of our service providers, that has resulted in legitimate mail being treated in a different manner, and external filtering partners not handling this change correctly. We are in contact with our filtering partner to get this resolved, unfortunately this issue is not isolated to us, as other companies we forward some of our emails too are also affected. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.

We've implemented a workaround for the [email protected] mailbox while we continue working with the upstream provider to fully resolve the problem. Please note, this is in a way a global problem, i.e. companies other than us are affected by it so you may notice some of your other emails getting rejected as well.
