During our scheduled network maintenance, we had a few system services that did not recover as expected. This specifically impacted scheduled broadcast email and SMS sends for our NextGen clients. Our network engineers identified the issue and fully restored services. This degradation would have caused send delays for scheduled broadcast email messages between 5:00 AM to 6:45 AM EST. All sends scheduled during that timeframe have been properly processed.

We are currently investigating a network issue that is impacting the ability for clients to access admin.listrak.com. Additional updates will be available shortly.

Issue appears to have been related to our 3rd-party DNS provider, Cloudflare. Systems are functioning normally and we will continue to monitor.
