We are currently investigating an issue affecting access to PBE Webmail. Customers attempting to access their webmail may encounter the following error message: "Looks Like We've Hit A Snag. Please wait a couple of minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact Support and provide this reference number." Our Email Vendor team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating to identify the cause and restore normal service. Workaround: SMTP and IMAP authentication are expected to remain functional. Customers should still be able to send and receive emails using configured email clients, including those on mobile devices. We'll continue to update this page as we make progress toward resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
