Unfortunately Link11 has encountered a edge router problem in the Equinix datacenter (FFM7). All other systems are working in normal operation. The incident caused loss of redundancy and during the start of the incident traffic temporarily not reach it´s destinations from this edge router. We are currently investigating the situation very thoroughly. Update: Link11 Staff is on site at the data centre to replace the edge router. Unfortunately the data centre is simultaneously experiencing a fire alarm which is unrelated to our incident. All our other equipment at this site is stable. Once we have access to enter into the data centre we will update the situation.

We will start the replacement process of the faulty router. Should you experience an intermittent down session this is due to the replacement of the old router to the new one. We will continue the updates.

Link11 has successfully replaced the devices and the new systems are working in normal operation. All services are back up and running. We will investigate with our vendor on the root cause of the incident.
