Date: August 5th 2024 Start Time: 14:05 CEST Resolution time: 14:35 CEST Dear valued Customers, Link11 unfortunately experienced a brief outage on it's Cloud Insight platform, where the ingestion nodes did not properly failover to redundant systems, resulting in dropped records from 14:05 until 14:35 CEST. The impacted system is fixed but the data in said time range can not be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.
