Dear Customer / Partner, We would like to inform you about an unscheduled system disruption that affected the MyLINK 2.0 platform. Start Date and Time: 2026-04-23 12:30 CEST End Date and Time: 2026-04-23 15:10 CEST During this period, Delivery Reports (DLRs) and Mobile Originated messages (MOs) were affected, which may have caused delays or missing messages. Mobile Terminated (MT) messages were not impacted. The issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally.
