Dear SDC Admins, What is this notification about? This notice is to advise you that we are currently investigating an incident impacting the SDC Production Market Service. How does it impact me? The SDC Production Market Service is still available. However, due to the impact of the incident, there may be delays in submissions being processed until the incident has been resolved. We are also aware that, due to an unusually high number of submissions, there is a backlog that the team have been working through. What action must I take? Please cascade this information to the SDC users within your organisation. Users can continue to submit using the usual methods, but please be aware that processing the submissions will take longer than usual.
