Please be advised we are currently investigating an intermittent issue with the LIMOSS SSO Devolved Admin Portal (DAP). ISSUE • Some Authorised Contacts have reported seeing an Internal server execution error when onboarding new users to LIMOSS SSO via DAP. • When tried again, the message advises that this user already exists in LIMOSS SSO. • Despite being successfully onboarded, some users may not be visible in their organisation's DAP. CAUSE • The root cause is still being investigated. IMPACT • Some ACs receive an error message when onboarding new users. • Despite being successfully onboarded, some users may not be visible in their organisation's DAP. WORKAROUND • If you experience an error in DAP, please email the LIMOSS Service Desk ([email protected]) and provide the following details for the user you would like to onboard to LIMOSS SSO: 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. Authorised Contact role status • LIMOSS Service Desk will liaise with all Authorised Contacts who have experienced this issue to manually correct any incorrect or missing information for the new users. Dear Authorised Contact, What is this notification about? This notice is to confirm the major incident which was impacting LIMOSS SSO DAP has been resolved by Microsoft. The temporary workaround that was implemented during this outage has been removed, therefore, you may continue to use DAP to manage LIMOSS SSO users in your organisation.
