We are currently investigating an incident affecting services on Lightico Sandbox EU environment. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue. Further updates will be posted here as they become available.

The service disruption affecting the Lightico Sandbox EU environment has been mitigated and the platform is fully operational.

We are currently investigating reports of intermittent agent login failures on Lightico EU4 / EU1 environments. We will update again within an hour or earlier if a resolution is available. Thank you for your patience.

We have identified an issue impacting some users attempting to login using direct login to Lightico. We will be performing an emergency change to resolve the issue. The emergency change is not expected to impact any users who are already logged into Lightico.

We have now deployed the emergency change and accept direct login to be working for all users. We will keep this event open for monitoring for an additional 30 minutes.
