Delayed display of data in the Lightfoot Portal.
Lightfoot experienced a minor incident on April 23, 2021 affecting Fleet Management Portal (my.lightfoot.co.uk) and Fleet Management API (data.lightfoot.co.uk), lasting 8h 31m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are investigating a delay in data being displayed in the Lightfoot Portal, caused by a drop in traffic from Lightfoot devices. This means that some tracking information displayed on the Fleet Management Portal may be slightly delayed. Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this to our servers as soon as possible and no data will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Traffic from Lightfoot devices is increasing, and we are seeing the delayed data being transmitted to our servers. There will continue to be a slight delay while our servers process this backlog of data. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue.
