Delayed display of data in the Lightfoot Portal
Lightfoot experienced a minor incident on August 3, 2022 affecting Fleet Management Portal (my.lightfoot.co.uk) and Fleet Management API (data.lightfoot.co.uk), lasting 1h 58m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating a delay in data being displayed in the Lightfoot Portal. This means that some tracking information displayed on the Fleet Management Portal may be slightly delayed. Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this to our servers as soon as possible and no data will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A solution has been implemented and the server is working through a backlog of data. We are estimating that this should be complete by 13:00 BST.
