- identified Jan 18, 2022, 12:31 PM UTC
We are currently experiencing a drop in traffic from Lightfoot devices as a result of a cellular network outage. This is being urgently investigated by the network provider. The tracking information displayed on the Fleet Management Portal may be out-of-date during this outage. The Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this in when possible so that no data will be lost.

The network provider's urgent investigation is ongoing. Multiple IoT systems are known to be affected.
- monitoring Jan 18, 2022, 05:37 PM UTC
We are starting to see traffic from devices flowing again, although we are awaiting confirmation that the issue is fully resolved. There will continue to be a delay in real-time vehicle/driver positions on the Fleet Management portal while the Lightfoot servers work to clear the backlog of incoming data.
- resolved Jan 18, 2022, 10:25 PM UTC
Device traffic has returned to normal levels and the Lightfoot servers have finished processing the data backlog. Any remaining missing data will be transmitted when vehicles next drive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused
