Update timeline

  1. investigating Mar 03, 2022, 02:16 PM UTC

We are currently experiencing a drop in traffic from in-cab Lightfoot devices to our servers. As a result, the tracking information displayed on the Fleet Management Portal may be out-of-date. The Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this in when possible so that no data will be lost.

  2. identified Mar 03, 2022, 03:20 PM UTC

A root-cause has been identified and resolving actions are underway. In-cab Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this in when possible so that no data will be lost.

  3. monitoring Mar 03, 2022, 06:22 PM UTC

We are seeing traffic from devices flowing in again, since actions taken at 17:00 UTC. There may still be a delay in real-time vehicle/driver positions on the Fleet Management portal while the Lightfoot servers work to clear the backlog of incoming data.

  4. resolved Mar 04, 2022, 07:13 AM UTC

The Lightfoot servers have finished processing the backlog of data and everything is now back to normal, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
