Update timeline
- investigating Apr 27, 2022, 11:52 AM UTC
We are currently experiencing a drop in traffic from in-cab Lightfoot devices to our servers. As a result, the tracking information displayed on the Fleet Management Portal may be out-of-date. The Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this in when possible so that no data will be lost.
- identified Apr 27, 2022, 01:03 PM UTC
The issue has been identified and we are attempting to implement a resolution. There may be some degraded performance in the Fleet Management Portal and API during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
- monitoring Apr 27, 2022, 04:34 PM UTC
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. There may still be a delay in real-time vehicle/driver positions on the Fleet Management portal while the Lightfoot servers work to clear the backlog of incoming data.
- resolved Apr 27, 2022, 09:32 PM UTC
The Lightfoot servers finished processing the backlog of data at 19:30 UTC and everything is now back to normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
