    We are currently investigating this issue. Following planning infrastructure maintenance access to the Lightfoot fleet portal has been affected. Some customers may not be able to access the portal site at my.lightfoot.co.uk. The infrastructure team are actively working on this issue.

    A cellular network outage is currently affecting data transmission from Lightfoot in-cab devices to our servers. Our network provider is investigating. As a result, some vehicle tracking information may be temporarily unavailable in the Fleet Management portal and other interfaces. No data will be lost — Lightfoot devices store data onboard and will automatically transmit it to our servers once connectivity is restored.

    Some roads with a 60 mph limit are showing incorrect speed limits for vans. This is causing vans to be incorrectly flagged as speeding.

    We have identified that the issue is being caused by bad data being returned from a third party. In order to mitigate the issue we have deployed a temporary fix to our Overspeed processing whilst they investigate the issue.

    We are currently observing an increase in signal loss events for some devices, caused by an intermittent connectivity issue in the cellular network layer. This is being investigated by our mobile network operators. As a result, some vehicle locations and statuses may be temporarily delayed via the Fleet Management portal and other interfaces. Lightfoot devices will retain their data and transmit this to our servers as soon as possible and no data will be lost. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Device data was flowing normally again over the weekend but we have had no official update from our third-party provider that this incident is resolved from their end. We are continuing to investigate.

    A number of customers have reported an increase in the display of 'Signal Lost' in the portal. Any vehicle that has been stationary for more than an hour will currently display as “signal lost”. This is a messaging error, not a platform issue. Data is still being captured in real time, and the portal display is correct in most cases. The exception is any vehicle that remains stationary for more than an hour, which will show as 'signal lost'. We are investigating this issue.

    We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting the Microsoft Power BI platform, which may impact access to reporting and dashboard features within Lightfoot. This is a Microsoft platform issue and is being investigated by their team directly. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as they become available.     Some users may receive an 'access restricted' error when trying to load the list of EV charge events in Lightfoot Tracking. We are urgently working on resolving this, but in the meantime, logging out and back in should resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    A new version of the Lightfoot Portal was released this morning, and as a result, some users have reported that they are experiencing display issues when loading the Dashboard. To resolve this issue, on your keyboard, hold down Ctrl and press F5. If you use a Mac, you'll need Cmd + Shift + R. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
