    We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the Lever platform. Issues impacting hire.lever.co were noticed around 9:10 am Pacific time. Users may intermittently experience 500 errors when attempting to access Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    A fix has been implemented for the issue causing 500 errors. Customers should now be able to access the candidate pipelines as well as the postings pages in Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

    The issue where 500 errors were populating when attempting to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred from 9:10 am Pacific time through approximately 9:30 am Pacific time. Currently, full access to the Lever platform should be restored.     A database issue caused profile-related disruptions for approximately 50% of users. The incident lasted around 2 hours and was resolved by restarting the affected systems. To help prevent future occurrences, we’re updating system settings, improving monitoring, and optimizing backend processes.
