Update timeline

  1. investigating Jan 06, 2026, 05:00 PM UTC

On 1/5/2025 at approximately 7am PST/PDT We were made aware of an issue where the Lever UI is showing incorrect counts for candidates in pipeline stages across multiple customer accounts. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.

  2. investigating Jan 06, 2026, 05:02 PM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. identified Jan 06, 2026, 07:36 PM UTC

We have identified that candidate profile changes stopped indexing around 12:00am PST/PDT on 1/5/2025 due to a service outage. The service was brought back online at approximately 11:20am PST/PDT on 1/6/2025 and new changes should be indexed correctly moving forward. We are working on a complete fix to update the affected profile data for the backlog of changes that occurred since 12:00am PST/PDT on 1/5/2025. New updates will be provided as we continue to remediate the issue.

  4. monitoring Jan 07, 2026, 08:54 PM UTC

A fix has been implemented to backfill affected candidate profile data from 12am PST/PDT on 1/5/2025 until 11:20am PST/PDT on 1/6/2025. All counts for candidates in pipeline stages and profile data should be reflected correctly now. We are continuing to monitor the effectiveness of the fix. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be published when available.
