We are aware of an issue causing elevated errors in BookIt for Forms, BookIt Links, and BookIt Handoff starting at 1:10 AM PT, caused by an upstream service disruption that interrupted Salesforce connections for a subset of orgs. New errors stopped at 7:42 AM PT. Affected orgs require a Salesforce re-authorization to restore the connection, this does not resolve on its own. Our team is working through the affected list and will reach out directly to impacted customers. We will provide the next update by 11:00 AM PT or sooner if additional information becomes available. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore full service.

We have identified a potential exposure of encrypted third-party integration credentials stored in Salesforce by LeanData. We recommend all customers to revoke and reauthorize credentials for the following integrations: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Demandbase, Cloudingo, and Crossbeam. No unauthorized access to LeanData product data, Salesforce data, or Booklt has been identified, and calendar integrations are not affected. No unauthorized access to LeanData product data, Salesforce data, or BookIt was identified during the course of this investigation, and calendar integrations were not affected.
